Services Impacted:
Collection of all Carrier CDRs impacting Inmarsat, Iridium OpenPort and Iridium Certus alerting and suspensions.
Comments:
AST are carrying out planned maintenance on My AST Portal. During the period stated above, there will be several periods of 5 to 10 minute breaks in the collection of CDRs, this will result in a delay in triggering alerts and suspensions. My AST Portal will be temporarily unavailable for a short period of time.
The above has no impact on the users' ability to connect their terminals to the network and pass traffic.
IP data usage can still be monitored via INTEGRA See - AST's free monitoring tool available on all IP data services. INTEGRA Control enables you to set real-time alerts which are not affected by billing/CDR-based outages.
