Services Impacted:
  • All Inmarsat provisioning which includes, Activations, Deactivations, Suspensions, Unsuspensions and Top Ups.
Comments: Inmarsat will be performing maintenance during the period stated above. The maintenance will affect all Inmarsat activity. The above has no impact on the users' ability to connect their terminals to the network and pass traffic.

AST recommends that you check prepay services that may require a top up during the above time frame and process them before the start of the maintenance period.

Important Notice – Iridium Planned Maintenance

Start Time: Wednesday 18th February 2026 15:30 UTC

End Time: Wednesday 18th February 2026 TBC

Services Impacted:
  • All Iridium provisioning which includes, Activations, Deactivations, Suspensions, Unsuspensions and Top Ups.
Comments: Iridium will be performing maintenance during the period stated above. The maintenance will affect all Iridium activity. Once the outage is resolved, the backlog of Call Data Records (CDRs) will be collected and systems updated accordingly. Please note that this process may take several hours, during which monitoring and suspension alerts may be delayed. The above has no impact on the users' ability to connect their terminals to the network and pass traffic.
