Services Impacted:
All provisioning actions, this includes, but not limited to, Activations/Deactivations/Suspensions, and Unsuspensions. Any actions submitted will remain in a waiting state and should clear when service is resumed.
Comments:
CDR processing will also be impacted during this maintenance window this will result in a delay in triggering alerts and suspensions.
The Prepay Top Up and Balance enquiry service is still operational.
The above has no impact on the users' ability to connect their terminals to the network and pass traffic.
