Comments:
Inmarsat provisioning actions, this includes, but not limited to, Activations, Deactivations, Suspensions and Unsuspensions. There will also be a delay to CDR distribution. As a result Inmarsat monitoring, alerting and suspensions may be delayed.
The above has no impact on the users' ability to connect their terminals to the network and pass traffic. IP data usage can still be monitored via INTEGRA See - AST's free monitoring tool available on all IP data services. INTEGRA Control enables you to set real-time alerts which are not affected by billing/CDR-based outages.
Please note that this maintenance will affect system provisioning activities only and users will still be able to connect their terminals to the network and pass traffic.
